Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Astromaan account and everything in it.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

Sign in on the website or in the Astromaan app, the same way you created the account (mobile number, email or Google).
Open Account and scroll to Your data.
Optionally, tap Download my data first to keep a copy.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and tap Delete permanently.

The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Or ask us to do it

Email contact.astromaan@gmail.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm the request is really yours, then delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account: mobile number, email, password and two-factor settings
Every birth profile, including family members you added
All chats with the AI astrologer
Notification settings, vrat reminders and device tokens
Your remaining chat credits and plan (these can't be refunded once deleted)

What is kept

Nothing on our servers. If you made a payment, the payment processor Razorpay keeps the transaction record that Indian tax and banking law requires. A cancelled monthly plan stops renewing straight away.
