These Terms govern your use of Astromaan and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Punam Tiwary, sole proprietor, trading as Astromaan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service provides Vedic astrology chart calculations and AI-generated astrological guidance through a conversational chat interface.

Important: the Service is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Responses are generated by an AI system based on traditional astrological calculations, not a licensed professional. Nothing in the Service is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional in any of those fields. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately atcontact.astromaan@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

• New accounts receive a limited number of free credits after verifying their email.
• Additional credits are purchased in packs; one credit is consumed per chat message sent.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before purchase.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or at our discretion in cases of a genuine technical error.
• We may change pricing or credit-pack contents going forward; existing balances are unaffected.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service
• Submit someone else's birth or personal details without their consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, its branding, and its underlying software belong to Punam Tiwary, sole proprietor, trading as Astromaan. Chat conversations you have are yours to read and export where we provide that feature; you grant us a license to store and process them solely to operate and improve the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for extended abuse/fraud prevention purposes.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punam Tiwary, sole proprietor, trading as Astromaan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Purnia, India.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
